Multi-country trip planner

Plan the long way round. Live every moment of it.

Kairos turns a trip across countries into one living itinerary — the stops, the trains and buses between them, every booking, visa and euro. Change your mind on the road, and everything after it follows.

The itinerary

A plan that keeps up with you.

  1. Start with where, not when.

Add the places in order and say how many nights each one gets. Kairos works out every date from there — nights are the only number a stop asks for.

  2. Two more nights in Paris? Everything follows.

Every stop and journey after it moves with it. A ticket that no longer fits the new dates is flagged for a look, never silently wrong.

  3. The journeys between count too.

Trains, night trains, buses, ferries and flights live on the leg between two stops — with their times in each place's own time zone, and the nights you spend aboard.

  4. Countries are chapters.

Stops gather into countries, each with its dates and its border paperwork. Not sure of the cities yet? Give Japan five nights and pick them later.

And everything else

Everything a long trip asks of you.

The parts a spreadsheet loses track of, each kept where it belongs.

Cash in every currency

Log what you withdraw and Kairos spends the oldest notes first, at the rate you really got, ATM fees included.

No signal — still all here

On every screen, even offline

Apps for iPhone and Android, and the web on your laptop. Your trip stays on your phone for the crossing with no signal.

Money

Know on day 12 whether day 90 is covered.

Set a budget. Kairos gives each country a daily plan, measures what you really spend, and projects the rest of the trip — so the answer moves with you, not with a guess you made at home.

  • What's booked counts at its price; the rest is an estimate, and says so.
  • Who paid, and who shares what, between travelers.
  • Cash in any currency, counted in yours.

Tell your assistant. Kairos keeps the plan.

Connect Claude or another assistant with a single link. Forward a booking confirmation, paste a list of places, ask what still needs doing — and undo any change it makes.
